Terms and Policies

Privacy Policy:

It is recommended that all clients have travel insurance. If not purchased through our company, please provide us with your insurance policy number and insurance provider.

  • Confirmation will be received at the time of booking

  • Not wheelchair accessible

  • Tours are not recommended for pregnant travelers

  • Most travelers can participate

  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers (4 person). If it’s canceled because the minimum was not met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

  • Under 4-year old travelers can travel free of charge. Age 4-7 will receive a 50% discount. Young travelers (Age 7 - 17) will also receive a 10% discount   

New cleaning protocols:

  • All vehicles receive a full hard surface disinfection before every trip.

  • All vehicles are equipped with hand sanitizing products for passenger use

  • All drivers wear masks and gloves for the duration of each trip, and exit the bus for passenger boarding.

  • We can support a wide range of additional requirements, from social distancing seating plans to on-board passenger masks.

 

Cancellation & Cancellation fees:

For a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the tour.

In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to one day before your activity. However, please check the "Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.

To cancel your booking: Go to bookings, Select 'Cancel for free by...' and follow the instructions. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation along with the appropriate refund details. Otherwise, feel free to contact us.
