• Pickup and drop-off are available from select Downtown Seattle hotels, designated meeting points near Airbnb locations, Pier 66, and Pier 91.
• Your driver-guide will send the exact pickup time and details the evening before the tour.
• Guests staying outside Downtown Seattle may be asked to meet at a convenient Downtown pickup location.
• This tour includes optional walking. The optional 0.7-mile trail to the lower Snoqualmie Falls viewing area is steep in places and may be wet or uneven.
• Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
• The upper Snoqualmie Falls viewing area is wheelchair accessible; the lower trail is not. Our tour vehicle is not wheelchair accessible at this time. Guests with mobility concerns should contact us before booking to discuss available options.
• Guests participating in alcoholic tastings must be 21 or older and should bring valid government-issued photo identification.
• Tour stops, winery selection, route, and timing may change because of weather, traffic, trail conditions, seasonal access, business hours, or venue availability.

• Standard direct bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure receive a full refund.
• Tour operation generally requires a minimum of 4 travelers. When possible, Oktay Tours may operate with as few as 2 travelers. If the minimum is not met, guests will first be offered an alternative date or comparable tour at no additional charge. If none of the available alternatives work, guests may request a full refund.
• For direct website bookings cancelled after the applicable deadline, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded and the remaining 50% will be issued as Oktay Tours travel credit, valid for 12 months.
• For third-party bookings cancelled after the applicable deadline, commissions, processing charges, and other fees already paid are nonrefundable. After those amounts are deducted, 50% of the remaining net amount will be refunded. No future travel credit is issued.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund. The guest is eligible for one complimentary reschedule, subject to tour and seat availability.
• Guests who arrive late and miss the scheduled pickup may arrange an Uber, taxi, or other transportation at their own expense to join the tour at a later stop, when reasonably possible.
• Private tours and groups of 15 or more travelers receive a full refund when cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled tour.
