• Guests staying outside Downtown Seattle may be asked to meet at a convenient Downtown pickup location.
  
• This tour includes optional walking and short hikes on natural or uneven terrain.
  
• Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
  
• Guests with mobility concerns or medical considerations are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss the day’s activities and available options.
  
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
  
• Tour stops and route may change because of weather, road conditions, seasonal access, or National Park conditions.

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure for standard direct bookings.
• Tour operation generally requires a minimum of 4 travelers. However, whenever possible, Oktay Tours will make every effort to operate the scheduled tour with as few as 2 travelers. If the minimum is not met, we will first offer you an alternative date or a comparable alternative experience, at no additional charge. If none of the available alternatives work for you, you may request a full refund.
  
• For direct website bookings cancelled after the free-cancellation deadline, 50% of the payment will be refunded and 50% will be issued as travel credit, valid for 12 months.
  
• For a no-show, no refund is provided; however, guests are eligible for one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.
  
• Guests who arrive late and miss the departure may join the tour at a later stop using Uber, taxi, or other transportation at their own expense, when reasonably possible.
  
• Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agents, or other travel companies are subject to the applicable cancellation policies, commissions, service fees, and other terms of the original booking source.
